Does The Basement of Your Commercial Building Need to be Cleaned

As a landlord you always hope that your tenant leaves the property in the same condition as it was when they moved in.  As a landlord you can assume there is always going to be some wear and tear, but the mess left behind for this local landlord was more than he could handle.  We were happy to take the call here at SERVPRO of Southeast Salem.  We were also glad to help him in the removal and disposal of all the dedris left behind by the former tenant.  We are always here to help out our community members when they need us.
