Small Fires Can Create Major Damage

Dry brush and weeds can catch fire!

This week we received a referral from one of our insurance agents. One of his clients experienced a fire on the back side of their home. The son was burning weeds with his propane device, the weeds smothered and caught the siding underneath the house, igniting a small fire on the siding and thus seeping deep into the main the pillar of the home. The fire fighters had to use the ax while putting it out, alluding a cut into the interior wall. The sweet owner of the home was overtaken with smoke. She did not think the damage was that bad. However, by the time the fire was out her home was filled with smoke and soot and she had no idea what to do. We showed up, and immediately started remediation services.
