Caution, Biohazard, Beware!

We had a dual call come in this past week. A property management company called to ask us to route our guys out to a water and odor job. The tenant was reporting a very foul smell seeping up into the house. The bathroom and kitchen had water backing up into the sinks. With further investigation, we found beneath the house a foot of standing water. Discovery showed the hot water line had a slow leak and needed repair. The smell was horrendous. Standing water typically does not create that much of an obnoxious smell. We began water remediation services. After about 45 minutes, our crew discovered the smell. A cat had passed away and was the reason behind the smell. Biohazard is also an expertise of ours.
